The Hubble telescope captured galaxies in the eastern direction of the universe. Images came back proving that galaxies are made up of different colors. What would explain the reason for the make of colors in galaxies?

The reason that Galaxies are of different colours is that they have stars which are also different colours . This may sound weird but this is the actual and true fact that stars also have their own colours and there are many stars which are blue which are white, it and many other colours like red orange etc. which comes in a combination of colours and that gives a colour to the Galaxy of the own stars .

Answer:
For one thing, Hubble doesn't use color film — in fact, it doesn't use film at all. Rather, its cameras record light from the universe with special electronic detectors. These detectors produce images of the cosmos not in color, but in shades of black and white.
