Human resource is the backbone of every industry. Industry is a place where manufacturing, production, processing, and value addition is done. All the above functions and processes are impossible without the human resources. All the metals are converted into complex and colossal machines by human resources only. Production of chips from potatoes, steel and other metals into watches, computers, smart-phones, and all the machines in the world require the magical touch of human resource.
Similarly, in the diary industry, milk is converted into various types of cheese, yogurt, chocolates, butter, ghee, lassi, whey, etc. are processed using human resources only. The truth is all industries run because of the human resource.Similar questions
