the hypotenuse and the base of the triangle are 13 cm and 12 CM respectively find the areas

hypotenuse=13cm base =12cm
hypotenuse whole sq=1st side sq + 2nd side sq
hypotenuse is given 1side given by this other side mil jaayegi then all 3 sides we have,then by heron's formula hm area nikal sakte h

Hey...!!,

Hypotenuse = 13 cm
Base = 12 cm
So,
Hypotenuse square = Base square + Height square
13 squares = 12 square + H sq
169 = 144 + H sq
H sq = 169 - 144
H sq = 25
H = 25 under root
H = 5

Height = 5 cm
Base = 12 cm
Area = (1/2 x 12 x 5) cm sq
= 30 cm sq
