Let shortest side be x.
Then, third side is x+4
Hypotenuse is 2x-4
 {x}^{2} + {(x + 4)}^{2} = {(2x - 4)}^{2} \\ 2 {x}^{2} + 8x + 16 = 4 {x}^{2} - 16x + 16 \\ 2 {x}^{2} - 24x = 0 \\ x(x - 12) = 0 \\ x = 12
Therefore sides are 12, 16, 20
