The image of the trees can be clearly seen in calm water body.But image becomes blurred when waves from on it. Explain this phenomenon on the basis of reflection of light?

when the surface is still, light is reflected back at a proper noticable angle as there is no irregularities between the wave whereas when waves are in motion, there are irregularities inbetween resulting in improper reflection
