The impact of globalisation has not been uniform. We can justify this as follows-

(1) Globalization has benefitted the producers who are capable of competing at the global level. It has led to the rise of MNCs from even lesser developed countries.

(2) However, small producers are facing it tough to handle the competition and their only option is to compete or perish.

(3) Flexibility in labour laws has made life miserable for workers even in the organised sector where laws are resembling laws of unorganised sector.

(4) Developing countries have unfairly retained trade barriers which is proving detrimental for the developing country producers who try to export their goods.

(5) Some local producers have benefitted from tying up with MNCs and the new technology has helped them boost their production.

Hence we can see while some people have gotten the advantages of globalization, some have struggled due to it.
