Given:

The resistance of the circuit is  R= 1 ohm

The inductance is L=0.1 H

The frequency is  50 Hz

To find:

The impedance of the circuit.

Solution:

The formula of impedance is

Z=\sqrt{} R^{2}+X^{2}

Where X= 2πvL

Putting the above values

X=2×3.14×50×0.1

X=31.4  ohm

Now Put all the values in the above formula

Z=\sqrt{} 1^{2} +(31.4)^{2}

Z=31.41

So the impedance of the circuit is 31.41 ohm
