Living in the present is like realising every breath. In the materialialistic world of desires and pleasures, we, humans, drown in the non-existent past or jump to the uncertain future.

Realising what we do now, gives us the ultimate power to focus on the present action. You give yourself fully to your present actions - thoughts, feelings and emotions. Your complete attention becomes what you are doing now.

When you think and do now what’s available for you now, you gain focus. As you focus, your past worries or future apprehensions start to disappear.

It may be hard. It may not be always possible. The more you try to be present, which passes swiftly as we talk, you achieve excellence in your act.

Practise it when your mind if filled with any negative feeling.

Doing what you do with full attention is Karma Yoga.
