Hi friends Given
income ratio :- 3:4
and expenditures ratio:-5:7
monthly income of A =3x
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,of B= 4x
monthly expenditures of A = 5y
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,of B =7y
now :-
each of them saves 1000 per month
so that
3x--5y = 1000-----------------(1) ×4
4x--7y=1000-------------------(2) ×3
from eqn. (1) & eqn. (2)
12x--20y = 4000--------------(3)
12x--21y= 3000----------------(4)
-__+____-_____________
y= 1000 put eqn.in (3)
12x--20× 1000 = 4000
12x = 24000
x = 2000
monthly income of A
x = 3 × 2000 =6000
y = 4 × 2000 =8000
I hope you understand now

Ankushk: wrong method and also wrong answer
