Answer:

The increase in demand refers to the willingness and ability of consumers to purchase a good or service.

When the demand for energy is supposedly rising, the affects result in a negative impact at times.

Energy supply, are the resources of a country. They are limited. And due to the nature of scarcity of resources, they have to be utilized efficiently or they will exhaust more quickly.

Explanation:

1- High energy demand, leads to high carbon footprint

For example: Overusing the electrical energy can cause a bump in the amount of green houses gases, which enter the atmosphere, due to over usage. Like leaving on your charger even after the phone has been charged.

This is like using up the resources by wasting them.

2- It leads to unfavorable climatic conditions

For example: By looking at the use of coal energy, during combustion, other gases also release into the air, like methane. These gases concentrate the air and cause global warming.
