[ (a) Justice ]

The Indian constitution which begins with Preamble clearly states that Indian citizens will be granted :

  • Socialist society
  • Democratic politics
  • Republic elections
  • Justice
  • Liberty
  • Equality
  • Fraternity

No person can be discrimination on the basis of Inequality or negotiated on any basis , or get discriminated on basis of their skill , caste , gender , economic status , creed or etc.

So , option (a) is justified .

Justice is the act of providing rights and safeguard rights of those who have been wronged or denied their rights .

It also includes the punishment of those who have done something wrong .

Indian politics is divided into 3 spheres :

  • Legislature which makes the laws .

  • Executive which executes the laws

  • Judiciary which looks after the people who follow the rules and punish those who don't .
