This means that the judiciary has its own individual powers and they are independent of the legislative and the executive.The conduct of any judge cant be discussed in the parliament. The salaries and allowances are provided from the consolidated fund of India.The Chief justice and the judges cant be removed unless the parliament addresses a joint session.

**Above points are mentioned with respect to the Indian judiciary but the same rules are followed in other countries too.
