firstly we calculate the range of projectile..
R = vo² sin2@ / g
R = (20)² sin 2×30 / 10
R = 400 × 0.866 /10
R = 346.5 / 10
R = 35 m
Now we calculate velocity from this formula:-
R = vo² sin2@ / g
vo² = R × g / sin 2@
vo² = 35 × 10 / sin 60
vo² = 350 /0.866
vo² = 404
vo = √ 404
vo= 20 m/sec
