initial velocity = 10 m/s

acceleration (because the unit is m/s^2...)  = 3m/s^2

time = 9 seconds

we know that,

a = \frac{v-u}{t}

=> 3 = (v - 10)/9

=> 3 *9 = v - 10

=> 27+10 = v

=> 37 m/s

i hope this helps you...
