The inner circumference of a circular track is 121 m. The track is 3.5 m wide. find the area of the track.​

circumference is give that is = 121 m

It is also equal to 2×pi×r

Now width =3.5 m

2×pi×r =121 given

2×22/7× r = 121

r =121 ×7/2×22

r =19.25

INNER AREA OF TRACK =PI×R^2

=22/7×19.25^2

=22/7×370.5625

=105.875 m²

NOW

R= 19.25+3.5

=22.75

FULL AREA =PI ×R^2

=22/7 ×22.75^2

22/7 ×517.5625

=1626.625 m²
