170=2*22/7*x
170*7 = 44x

=27.04m
27.04m is theradius of the inner circle so the radius of the outer circle will be 27.04+7=34.04m
Cost of fencing the outer circle = {circumference of the outer circle* 12}
(2*22/7*34.04}*12
