see we know circumference
$2\pi \: r = 264$
calculating, r of inner track =42mts
now for outer track, radius =inner track radius+width
i.e 42+7=49mts
circumference outer=
$2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 49$
it will be 308 mts
cost of fencing the outer circumference=308×50=15400rs.
