volume of total cylinder = 3.14*1.54*1.54*30
                                      = 223.404
volume of the hollow space of the cylinder = 3.14*1.25*1.25*30
                                                                    =147.187
subtracting both of them = 223.404 - 147.187
                                       = 76.217
Density of the cylinder = 76.217*7
                                    = 533.519 gm/cm cube

Answer: Weight of the tube is 534 g.

Step-by-step explanation:

Since we have given that

Inner diameter of metallic tube = 2.5 cm

Inner radius of metallic tube = 1.25 cm

Thickness of tube = 0.29 cm

Outer radius of metallic tube is given by

1.25+0.29\\\\=1.54\ cm

Length of tube = 30 cm

Since it has inner and outer radius, so it forms ring shaped cylinder.

Volume of ring shaped cylinder is given by

\pi (R^2-r^2)h\\\\=\frac{22}{7}\times (1.54^2-1..25^2)\times 30\\\\=\frac{22}{7}\times 0.8091\times 30\\\\=76.28\ cm^3

Since Density of tube = 7 g/cm³

so, Weight of the tube is given by

76.28\times 7\\\\=534.006\ g\\\\=534\ g

Hence, weight of the tube is 534 g.
