Yes , the intersection of 2 disjoint sets is a null set.
Let 2 sets be A and B.
A={All odd numbers}
B={All even numbers}
A intersection B contains all numbers which are odd as well as even.
Since there are no such numbers, the resultant set is a null (void) set.
