yes judiciary of India is independent because apex body of judiciary is supreme court is independent and there is no any external force on supreme court a person who is involved in a case and he is not satisfied with the decision of high court they can go to supreme court for right decision
it happen only in a film that a stronger party compel to juge to do wrong one but in reality it doesn't happen 90 percent of case are given in the hand of correct one,
