k =  \frac{1}{2} m {v}^{2}  \\ 30 =  \frac{1}{2} (15) {v}^{2}  \\  {v }^{2} =  \frac{30 \times 2}{15}   \\  {v}^{2}  = 4 \\ v = 2 \frac{m}{s}  \\  \\  \\  \\ now..... \\ momentum \:  = mv \\ p = mv \:  \\ p = (15)(2) \\ p = 30 \frac{kg \times m}{s} \\  \\  \\
