The kinetic energy of an object of
mass, m moving with a velocity
of 5 ms' is 25 J. What will be its
kinetic energy when its velocity
is doubled? What will be its
kinetic energy when its velocity
is increased three times?

225J

Explanation:

First find ur mass through the first information.

25J=1/2m(5)2

25J=1/2(25)m

25J=12.5m

25J/12.5=m

2kg=m

Then triple the value of velocity so it becomes 15.

put it in the equation of KE which is KE =1/2mv2

KE=1/2(2)(15)2

KE=1(225). ( 1 because 1/2×2 is equal to 1)

KE =225J
