mass=m

velocity=5m/s

k(e)=25J

K(e=1/2mv^2

1/2*m*5^2=25

m/2*25=25

m=25*2/25

m=50/25

m=2kg

when v is doubled

k(e)=1/2*2*10^2

k(e)=100J

when velocity is increased 3 times

k(e)=1/2*2*5^3

k(e)=125J
