the labour are working in their working hour or the labours are working till their working hour which one is correct?,

 The given sentence should be written correctly as shown below:

The lobour is working in their working hours.  

The word ‘labour’ is an uncountable noun. Its meaning is ‘people who work’. With uncountable noun we use singular verb. So the sentence should be written using singular verb ‘is’; not ‘are’ which is plural.  

However, the word ‘labourer’ can be singular; and ‘labourers’ can be plural.
