the large circle has a radius of 10 cm.find the radius of the largest circle which will fit in the middle

Let x be the radius of the circle 
squareroot (2x^2) + x = 10
So the radius of the circle in the middle will be (2*10) - 4x) / 2

So the radius of the circle in middle  = 1.715 approximately
