9975 is the answer
find LCM = 105
now 9999/105
find remainder and subtract from 9999

LCM of 15 and 35= 105
Largest 4 digit no. = 9999
9999/105= 95 is quiotent and remainder is 24
9999 - 24 = 9975 is the answer
