The answer is D) We can't say.

The reason is that the set of natural numbers is infinite. It starts at 1, 2, 3, ... and so on without any endpoint. If you say that 1000 is the largest natural number then I can say that the numbers 1001, 1002, 1003... are larger than 1000. So we can't say which number is the largest.
