the largest internal organ is liver with approx 1.6kg or 3.5 pounds and the largest external organ is skin.

      The largest internal organ of a body is liver.

It has the size of between 16 - 17 cm.

whereas,

The largest external organ of a body is skin.

It has the size of between 1.5-2.0 square meters

But skin is considered as the (overall) largest organ of the body.
