the largest sphere is carved out of a cube of side 7 cm. find the volume of the cube

ineshpatra: but the answer given is 179.67 cm^3. ... i also got 343 at first but it is given as wrong

Here,
SIDE OF CUBE = 7cm

VOLUME OF CUBE = 7 ×7×7 cm^3
= 343 cm^3

ineshpatra: yes maybe the question is wrong, i think it is asking us to find the volume of the sphere. .... as u said the diameter is the largest so the half of the side will b the radius, maybe we hv to do it that way
