the last month was quite difficult for me rewrite using noun clause​

For example

I refuse to accept that all the laws and constitution, policies and judges are unable to protect our children

I refuse to accept - main clause

that.......... our children - noun clause

If you don't known to take out noun clause then ask question to the main clause with "what" and the answer will be your noun clause

Means - what did I refuse to accept ? and the answer is that all....... children
