let the length of rectangular sheet is X and the width = 33 cm and the lateral surface area of hollow cylinder will be the area of rectangular sheet after cutting
so, 4224cm= length × breadth
4224 = X × 33
X = 4224 ÷ 33
X = 128 cm
now, the perimetre of rectangular sheet will be
= 2×(Length + breadth)
= 2×(128+33)
= 2×(161)
= 322cm
