for spherical mirror the normal is always a line joining the surface of the mirror and its center of curvature

so angle of incidence is always equal to angle of reflection

So for curved mirror which is always part of sphere so we can say that for any sphere the normal to the surface always passes through the center of the sphere

So for spherical mirror the normal is always a line joining the surface of the mirror and its center of curvature
