Given: x=12y....... (1)

x-y=110.... (2)

substitute x in (2)

12y-y=110

11y=110

y=110/11

y=10

substitute y in x

x=12×10=120

We know that Product of numbers

=LCM × HCF

30 ×another number =120×10

another number =1200/30

=40
