a=1;d=3-1=2; also given that it should be be less than or equal to 500 so lets take an=500
an=a+(n-1)d
500=1+(n-1)2
499/2=n-1
since it is not exactly divisible it is not a term of this,
so we will take one less than this that is 249
so,
an=249
=a+(n-1)d
249 =1+(n-1)2
248=(n-1)2
124=n-1
n=125
so there are 125 terms
