Hello!

Photosynthesis is when carbon dioxide form with water to make glucose and oxygen. Water is a non organic material. The Glucose is the food and the ox gen is released into the atmosphere to be breathed by humans. Furthermore, each leaf has its own photosynthetic material. Chlorophyll is not a part of the equation because it is only a catalyst- a catalyst speeds things up, and is not used up at the same time.
