Let the Base and perpendicular be 4a and 3a respectively
Area = 1 /2 [ 4a × 3a]
=> 4056 = 1/2 ( 12 a^2)
=> 6a^2 = 4056
=> a^2 = 676
=> a = 26 cm
Base = 26 × 4 = 104 cm
Perpendicular = 26 × 3 = 78 cm
Area = 1 /2 [ 4a × 3a]
=> 4056 = 1/2 ( 12 a^2)
=> 6a^2 = 4056
=> a^2 = 676
=> a = 26 cm
Base = 26 × 4 = 104 cm
Perpendicular = 26 × 3 = 78 cm

Dear-
According to the question let the perpendicular and base be 3a and 4a
Area=> 1/2(4a×3a)
=> 4056=1/2(12a²)
=> 4056=6a²
=> 676=a²
=> 26=a
Then, base =>26×4=104
Perpendicular => 26×3=78
I hope it's help you
