Solution :-

Let us assume ,

  • Breadth of plot be x meter

  • While length of plot be used 2x meter

By using formula of Perimeter of rectangle:

Perimeter = 2 ( l+b )

⇒2 ( x+2x ) = 300

⇒2 ( 3x ) = 300

⇒6x = 300

⇒x =  \frac{300}{6}  = 50

Now,

We have to find area

We know that,

⇒Area of Rectangle = l × b

⇒( x ) × ( 2x )
