let the length of the rectangle be x..
and breadth be y
from 1st condition..x=y+4
x-y=4
second condition..
x+3.x.y+3=81
6+x+y=81
x+y=74
adding one and two..
x-y=4
x+y=74
2x=78
x=78/2
x=36

Snitiksha: similarly u can find y..all d best
