Dimensions of Playground

Length = 70.8 m

Breadth = 42.7 m

Area of playground = Length × Breadth

= 70.8 × 42.7

= 3,023.16 m²

Cost of levelling 1 m² = Rs. 2

Cost of levelling 3,023.16 m² = Rs. 2 × 3,023.16

= Rs. 6,046.32

Circumference of playground = 2 ( Length + Breadth )

= 2 ( 70.8 + 42.7 )

= 2 × 113.5

= 227 m

If a boy take one round, he covers 227 m.

After taking 3 rounds, distance covered by him –

= 3 × 227

= 681 m
