The length and breadth of a plot are 125m and 95 m respectively. A builder wants to buy the plot to construct a residential colony. Find the amount he has to pay if the cost of the plot is ₹ 12,000 per sq. m.​

Length = 125m
Breadth=95m
Area=l*b
=125*95
=11865m

Cost to plot = 12000 per sq m
Total cost to plot = area * cost per unit
=11865*12000
=14,23,80,000
Therefore cost need to be paid is rupees 14,23,80,000
