2×8x=480
8x=480 ÷2
8x=240
x=240÷8

x= 30m

5×30=150m is length

3×30=90m is breadth

Area of plot = l×b

= 150×90

=13500 square m

cost of levelling the plot 1 square metres=rs 60

cost of levelling the plot 13500 square metre = 13500×60

=810000 rs
