the length and breadth of a rectangle are 35m and 12m respectively. Find the length of the diagonal.

To find the diagonal of rectangle we use Pythagoras's Theorem...p^2+b^2=h^2

Here p^2= 35m

b^2=12m

Now,

p^2+b^2= h^2

=> 35^2+12^2=h^2

=> 1225+ 144=h^2

=> 1369=h^2

=> H= √1369

=> 37m
