l:b=3:2
l/b=3/2
l=3b/2
2(l+b)=250
l+b=125
3b/2+b=5b/2=125
5b=250
b=50;
l=3*50/2=75;
area of rectangle=l*b cm^2
Area=50*75=3750 cm^2
