9

Step-by-step explanation:

Let, the length be L

and the breadth be B

Perimeter will be 2( L+B)

Area will be L×B

Now, it is given that

LB = 2L + 2B + 9

LB - 2L = 2B +9

L ( B - 2 ) = 2B + 9

L = 2B + 9/ B - 2

Since both L and B are integers both the sides have to be a integer.

So, to make RHS a integer we will use trial and error method to find B and we find that

B = 3 works and that's it!

So L = 15

The length and breadth are 15 and 3 units.
