First, we have to find area of the garden

Area = l x b

area = 16 x 13

= 208

Area per m² = 5000

area per 208 m² = 5000 x 208

= 1040000 rupees

Hope it helps!

Explanation:

Length of rectangular garden = 16m

Breadth of rectangular garden = 13m

Area = l × w

Area = 16 × 13

Area = 208 m^2

Given, cost of 1 m^2 = Rs. 5000

So, cost of 208 m^2 = 208 × 5000 = Rs. 10,40,000
