Hey Mate!!

Let the length be 7x and breadth be 3x.

Area of rectangle = length × breadth

=> 523 = 7x × 3x

=> 523 = 21x^{2}

=> 523 ÷ 21 = x^{2}

=> √25 (approx.) = x

=> x = 5 m

Thus,

length = 7x = 7 × 5 = 35 m

breadth = 3x =3 × 5 = 15 m

Perimeter = 2(length + breadth)

=> 2(35 + 15)

=> 2 × 50 = 100 m

Thus, cost of fencing at 75/m,

=> 100 × 75 = 7500

Hope it helps...✌✌
