Answer

\rm{length \: of \: rectangle = 45 \frac{1}{2}  \: m}

so,

\rm{length \:  = \frac{91}{2} \: m  }

\rm{breadth \: of \: rectangle = 34 \frac{3}{4}  \: m}

so,

\rm{breadth =  \frac{139}{4} \: m }

Now

\boxed{ \red{area \: of \: rectangle = length \times breadth}}

so,

Area of rectangle = ( 91/2)×(139/4)

Area of rectangle = 12649 / 8 m^2

\boxed{ \red{perimeter of \: rectangle = 2(l + b)}}

\tiny{where \: l \: is \: the \: length \: and \: b \: is \: breadth}

so,

perimeter of rectangle= 2 [(91/2) +(139/4)]

Perimeter of rectangle = 321 / 2 m.
