Heya mate,Here is ur answer

Refer to the attachment☺☺

Let the common ratio be x.

So,length of the park =5x

Breadth=2 x

Area of park =l×b

=5x×2x

=10x^2

Width of road =2.5 m

So, length of road =5x+2.5+2.5

=5x+5

Breadth of road = 2x+ 2.5 +2.5

= 2x+5

Area of road = 445 m^2

445= Length of road × breadth of road - area of park

445= (5x+5)(2x+5)-10x^2

445= 10x^2 + 25 x+10x+25 -10x^2

445= 35 x +25

445-25 =35 x

420 =35 x

420/35=x

12=x

So,the dimensions of the park are :

Length= 5x

=5×12

=60 m

Breadth=2x

=2×12

=24 m
