the length and breadth of a rectangular park is 50m and 30m ,find the length of the diagonal,correct up to two decimal places.

AB=30 MAD=50 Mdiagnol=BD with pythagoras theorem,AB square + AD square = BD square(30*30) + (50 * 50)= (BD)square900+2500= BD square3400 = BD squareBD=root 3400BD=58.3095up to two decimals,BD=58.31

applying Pythagoras Theorem

√(50^2 + 30^2) = Diagonal

Diagonal =10√34m
= 58.309 m
