Therefore , perimeter = 400 m
Now ,
2(l+b) = perimeter
=> 2(5x + 3x) = 400
=> 8x = 200
=> x = 25 .
So, length = 5*25 cm = 125 cm .
Breadth = 3*25 cm=75 cm .
Hence , area of the plot is = 125* 75 cm² = 9375 cm²
